  1. Time is always well spent with Cara and Jeremy. This is the second Movement Science Made Simple workshop I have completed – the first being Separate But Connected:Training Selective Control of the Hips, Pelvis, and Low Back. Both workshops gave me new skills and a better understanding of the body, which informs my work with my clients. What I learn through these workshops allows me to be a more effective coach, giving me confidence in making good choices to guide clients through their movement practice.
