I found this course incredibly helpful for understanding the relationship between breathing, and the diaphragm and the abdominal musculature. I gained a better understanding of what the Pilates ‘scoop’ might mean, what actually comprises the ‘core,’ and how healthy spinal movement relates to these concepts. My Pilates clients are responding!
