  1. What a great workshop! It really put some thought behind what you are moving and how you are initiating the movement when we are flexing and extending at the pelvis and/or the hip. This was always a great source of confusion for me both in my mind and my body. Now that I have it sorted out in my mind, I can continue to work the 100,000th time to sort it out in my body! 🙂 Thank you Jeremy and Cara for a great gathering of Pilates professionals!
